A lawyer by background, Erica started her career in Executive Search with a boutique firm in Cobham, Surrey in 1999. She moved to Norman Broadbent in 2005 to work as a Senior Associate within the then Consumer Practice, focussing on senior assignments within Travel, Leisure & Tourism, Media, Publishing and Information businesses. Erica moved into consultancy to focus on senior appointments in Retail, Luxury Goods/Services and Entertainment. Her role is to establish long-term relationships with companies going through change and growth by placing senior individuals, who make a positive impact.
