Following an extended period of travelling around the world in the 1990's, Paul joined MGMS International as a Researcher. Specialising in Financial Services he undertook a variety of roles before becoming Managing Director and Partner. In 2004 Paul sold his business to a group which included Norman Broadbent search business. He then became head of the FS practice of Norman Broadbent.

Paul's expertise covers Investment Banking and Private Wealth Management with a particular emphasis in Equities and Corporate Finance. He works mostly on Senior Management and Board positions within Financial Services.
