Top commercial brands have been at the heart of Jerry’s career, whether working within some of the world’s most respected companies, or advising them in more recent years. He started with Coca Cola and Schweppes Beverages ltd, before graduating with a degree specialising in marketing. Jerry then joined BP as an international graduate recruit where he gained invaluable exposure to complex international matrix environments, and the challenges they pose to real cultural change. He held a variety of roles within supply chain and distribution, Sales & Marketing and Business Process Re-engineering project management, both here in the UK and as an expatriate in Switzerland and France.

Jerry then moved into Marketing Recruitment, working with leading FCMG brands hiring Managers and Directors to develop ROI driven approaches to marketing and brand development. After three years this led to work with Telecoms and Financial Service brands as they started to develop consumer propositions. It is this understanding of evolving digital brand led customer relationships, which has allowed him to add value to Media and Entertainment clients, working with them to identify the right talent to lead their business through change. This exposure also led to work with clients across Travel, Utilities, Professional Services and Agency looking to commercialise Digital Technology.

Jerry is comfortable working with clients to evaluate their needs across the business, from board level to senior functional management.
