Julian has worked as an executive search consultant for over 12 years, initially in a boutique search firm specialising in HR and professional services before joining Garner International and subsequently Norman Broadbent. In the last three years his focus has been on high level leadership roles in general management, including CEO and COO roles and lead functional roles, across a number of sectors. His aim is to help clients as they evolve and their requirements change and meet their need for talent to develop their businesses.

Julian’s expertise is in Real Estate, Consulting, Financial Services, Telecoms, Automotive, Engineering and Clean Technology. He also specialises in senior management and senior functional roles in HR, Marketing and Communications, Tax and Treasury, Legal and Finance.
