Margaret’s career as a search professional draws on experience gained in a number of roles in Corporate HR and consulting for blue chip clients. After a degree in Russian and French and teaching languages for a number of years, she started her career in HR working largely in the area of talent, leadership development and resourcing.

Margaret left client side corporate life in 2006 to focus on consulting and has worked with a number of blue chip organisations in the area of talent management, HR capability and creating and developing effective commercial functions. She joined Garner now Norman Broadbent in 2008, which allowed her to bring this experience to bear in the search process.

Margaret’s sector expertise covers Retail and Service businesses, Leisure and Hospitality and Financial Services with a particular focus on HR and commercial functional expertise.
