Jan is an HR professional with a wide variety of experience in generalist and specialist roles. Her experience has primarily been in Retail with a range of roles within Sainsbury’s, culminating in a position leading the HR function within Homebase. Almost all of her experience has focused in some way on dealing with major change and its effect on management behaviour, HR strategy and corporate culture. Jan has used this corporate HR experience in Executive Search since 2005, and has worked on many high level HR consultancy and senior board appointments across industry sectors.

Jan’s expertise within HR covers organisational transformation, employee communications, operations and equality and diversity. She has strong technical skills in employment law and sits as a lay member in the employment tribunal as well as being a trustee of the Sainsbury’s Executive Pension Scheme.
