Robert is a seasoned executive with global experience in finance (CFO), operations (COO) and general management (Managing Director & President), gained in different industry sectors and geographies.

He graduated in Engineering with a BSc (Hons) from University College Cardiff and then joined Ford Motor Company. His career progressed in finance as an analyst then later in financial management roles. He qualified as a FCMA with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Robert has built up deep business knowledge with diverse companies in the technology, software, manufacturing & consumer sectors. He has a broad cultural background, having lived in Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, UK and USA, and speaking French, Dutch, Italian and some German.

His career path has progressed through a series of increasingly responsible assignments with companies such as Hunter Douglas & Unichips (Area Controller), Vicorp (CFO & COO), Baan Company (CFO & Corporate Controller) through to Forrester Research (MD & President), where he had full P&L responsibility for the EMEA region.

Robert takes a broad approach to his work, looking into all operational and organizational areas as well as the key finance & administration competencies. He has a wealth of experience in building successful management teams through careful selection, coaching and succession management. In addition, he has a successful track record in acquisitions, business integration & restructuring.
