Before joining executive search, Roberto worked in the HR sector covering numerous roles and becoming HR Director for two International groups: Pirelli and Economics Laboratory. Since then, he has gained over 24 years’ experience in executive search, of which more than 20 were spent in an important global organisation.

During his long career he has placed managers who have successfully contributed to the development of a range of national and international companies. He mainly operates in sectors such as FMCG and Luxury Brands, but also has considerable experience in the areas of Technology and Services.

Roberto is also an expert in human and trade union rights and in a previous role was responsible for Industrial Relations. In this position Roberto was able to demonstrate his ability to persuade and manage the personnel.

He has a Degree and a Masters in Law from the University of Milan. He specialised in researching the psychology of social behaviour, thoroughly analysing people and producing programs for business management development.

Roberto has kept in touch with the academic world cultivating interests in the development of human resources, managing career plans, training and implementing plans for managing development.
