Vivian started her professional career in a well known international consultancy firm. She joined Norman Broadbent (Spain) in 1996 and became responsible for the creation and leadership of the Consultancy Practice in the company.

She specialises in Strategic Consultancy, mainly in management evaluation and development. She is also a specialist in Competency-based Human Resources Management and is recognised as a leading Consultant in Spain's Top Ten Management.

Vivian is a Professor of the Master and Executive HR Programmes of Garrigues (Centro Europeo de Estudios). She acts as a Coach in the Programme “Directivo XXI” from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and with “Programa Superior de Mujer y Liderazgo” organised by Aliter international Business School. She is a founding member and an accredited Master Coach of AECOP (“Fila Cero”) and a member of the Ethical Committee for the Spanish International Coach Federation.

She is co-author of the following books: Diversidad y Coaching and En Clave de Talento (Ed. 2008 Lid Editorial Empresarial). She is a regular speaker in forums and seminars and an active partner in several forums for professional women.
