Manuel began his professional career as an Auditor and Consultant with Ernst & Young, leading several projects within the FMCG sector across Europe. Following that, he took the lead in opening the Barcelona office of a well-known multinational executive search firm. He joined Norman Broadbent in 2003, bringing over 8 years of experience in the areas of consumer goods and distribution and currently leads the FMCG & Retail Practice within Norman Broadbent Spain.

Manuel actively participates in Executive Forums such as Círculo de Economía, or AED (Spanish Association of Executives).
