Cesar has 17 years' experience in Human Resources Consultancy. He has designed and directed innovative projects in Human Resources Development, based on various methodologies: Business Game (Lear Corporation); Outdoor Training (Bankinter; Motorola; BASF Coatings, Grupo Santillana.). As an expert in the design and implementation of Competencies Development methodologies and management systems, he has developed projects for Iberdrola; Mercedes Benz; GlaxoSmithKline; United Biscuits etc. He participates in the “Senior Management Program” of the Instituto de Empresa.

César is Senior Executive Coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching and Accredited Coach from ICF as ACC (International Coach Federation). PNL with John Grinder. Master in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching. He has run several worshops with Julio Olalla and has received training with Rodríguez Pacheco.
