Ignacio's professional career began at Arthur Andersen where he managed the Human Capital Practice. He has over 15 years' experience in HR Consultancy, in national tier one companies and also internationally.

He has led coaching projects within food & drink, electrical services, financial & banking services sectors. He is expert in coaching, training and strategic consulting and has been a regular contributor to a variety of publications specialising in HR management. He has wide experience in organisational structures, employee satisfaction surveys, personnel industry relations, design and implementation of competency-based models, human resources processes and policies, people assessment, internal communication, management appraisal systems, remuneration projects and management by objectives systems.

Ignacio has been a Professor of Human Resources Matters in several Business Schools (EOI and Centro Europeo de Estudios de Garrigues among others), and he is an accredited Coach from ICF as ACTP (International Coach Federation).
