Ignacio's professional career began in the area of RRHH and he worked for over 15 years as Director of Personnel in an insurance company. From 1996 to 2006, he worked as Manager and Director of Projects in Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hay Group.
Within consultancy, he specialises in the design and implementation of evaluation systems and development, change management, remuneration policies and labour relationships, employee satisfaction analysis and organisational design.
