Gemma has 14 years' experience in different national and international consultancy firms and has participated in Management projects in various industries, with significant specialisation in Coaching projects with managers and high potentials.

In the training area she has designed materials and has delivered projects around management strategies and skills. She is accustomed to working on multiple levels ranging from technicians, team leaders, managers and directors and is an accomplished trainer of trainers.

She is a qualified neuro-linguistic programming trainer and has designed and delivered programs for improving communication and impact in Senior and Middle Managers. In the area of Diversity, she has conceived and guided training on multicultural sensitivity, gender equality, and prevention and detection of mobbing at different levels in the company.

Gemma teaches in various Business Schools, on Master programs and professional centres, and has written several articles on Training, Management, Mobbing, Communication and Conflict Management for newspapers and professional magazines.
