Loreto began her professional career in Deutsche Bank as a Middle Office Associate. After two years as a Senior Consultant in a multinational executive search and selection company, she joined one of the top international executive search firms, working for them both in Madrid and London, focusing on the area of Financial Markets.

She joined Norman Broadbent in 2007, to lead the Banking and Finance Practice. Loreto is an expert in Executive Search for Product Specialists for Banks, Savings and Loans, Shareholder Associations, SGIICs, Capital Risk Funds, M&A Boutiques, and Family Office.
