Her expert knowledge of methodologies such as Development Centre, Management Audit, feedback 360º, employee satisfaction surveys, combined with her indepth knowledge of business sectors such as finance, FMCG, tic, telecom and services have made it possible for her to contribute unusual added value to the projects that she leads.

She has a University degree in Industrial Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, is a Licensed Graphologist by the Spanish Society of Graphologists, has a Master in Human Resources from the Centro de Estudios Financieros and an MBA from EIDE.
