Cristiana Agliardi is a Senior Vice President in Norman Broadbent’s Milan office, bringing to her role two decades of experience in the executive recruitment profession, conducting senior-level search assignments.

She has led searches for a broad base of clients, with her assignments spanning executive and general management levels for both domestic and international clients.

During the last 10 years she mainly worked in the industrial sector (Aerospace and Defence, Automotive and Automotive components, Capital goods, White goods, Energy etc.)

She has also a sound experience in Leadership Development Solutions, focused on Management Assessment and Board Assessment.

Ms. Agliardi joined the Firm to foster the start up of Norman Broadbent’s Italian operations. Before this she spent twenty years with another leading executive search firm. She began her professional career in 1981 as a tax and administrative consultant at a tax consulting firm, where she stayed for seven years. She also managed a leasing company. Mrs. Agliardi studied business and administration at Bocconi University. She speaks English and French in addition to her native Italian.

She has been a member of the steering committee for the executive MBA at Bologna University from 2006 to 2008.
