Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Sue spent many years as a senior HR professional across different sectors including retail, FS and telecoms. Her early career was spent with Marks and Spencer where she held various HR roles and, after leaving them, she joined Orange. She spent 8 exciting years with Orange, latterly as an HR Director with her main focus being on major change and transformation programmes, M&A and OD.

Having left corporate life, she now draws on her past experience as an HR Generalist and her main focus is HR search at senior and executive levels across all sectors.
