David Bailey
Director
David’s career in executive search began in 2002, having previously worked in business development roles with Norwich Union and HBOS.
Since this time, he has conducted a broad range of search mandates across Insurance, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Consumer Banking and Hedge Funds in the UK, Europe and Asia. His international experience includes working for two and a half years in Istanbul before returning to the UK in 2007 with Norman Broadbent.
David has developed a particular specialism in the Finance, Risk and Control functions. His primary focus is in leading search mandates for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Risk Officers, treasurers, group financial controllers, internal auditors, compliance professionals and other related disciplines across the Financial Services space.
