Over the past years the reliability and validity of psychometric tests and measures has improved significantly and now many organisations routinely use Executive Assessment to better understand a candidate's suitability for a role and as part of due diligence before making an appointment.
In every case we establish the core requirements of the role before we decide on the appropriate methods of assessment. Our standard approach is to triangulate psychometric assessment (from personality measures and cognitive tests) with behavioural evidence (from structured interviews) against the core requirements from the job description. In this way we increase the predictive validity of our assessment process.
