Adam has worked for over 12 years delivering senior level searches across various industries. He started his career within Oil & Gas engineering disciplines and has more recently developed his career across additional markets, including Automotive, Transportation & Infrastructure, and Logistics.
His career to date has been chiefly focused on partnering with his clients to help devise and deliver tailored talent acquisition programs to tackle hiring and succession planning challenges. This has included traditional Executive Search mandates, large scale talent pipelining campaigns, as well as leadership assessment projects.
Adam’s experience has seen him partner with large global conglomerates, sector leading corporations, SMEs and smaller independent firms. He is a BSc (Hons) Geography graduate and a Saville Wave behavioural assessment practitioner.
