About Dan Bruce

Dan is a Partner within our Change and Transformation Practice. He has a proven track record spanning 20 years across Executive Resourcing, Consulting and Change Management; over this time he has built a diverse network across Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Utilities, Facilities and Government.

Prior to joining Norman Broadbent in 2021, Dan worked for a specialist change consultancy business, working with clients at a variety of stages from start-up through to global blue chips organisations. He successfully partnered with clients deploying key interim capability up to CEO level.

Dan has also extensively worked at CxO level to deploy teams to deliver strategic change programmes across Digital, Data, HR, Finance and Operations. Dan’s earlier career started in project delivery on a global programme in Pharmaceuticals after which he moved into Executive recruiting where he specialised in the Technology and outsourcing Markets.

Dan holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of Plymouth.
