Following a successful career as an Accountant for a mid-sized firm of Chartered Accountants, Marcus moved into recruitment where he spent 12 years with a large International business. During this period he led, in later years, the Executive Search arm, focusing primarily on assignments within the Finance (CFO), Change and Transformation, and Data and Analytics markets. Clients have included major listed organisations, Private Equity backed businesses, new ventures/ start-up’s, and privately owned SME’s across a multitude of sectors.
