Throughout his career to date, he has successfully partnered with SMEs, private equity backed businesses and publicly listed multinational companies. He has led mandates across the entire spectrum of the C-suite and has worked with Boards and CEOs to shape the executive team of the future. Oliver has also developed a niche skill set working with Founders who are seeking to strategically transition from hands on leadership to an externally appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Oliver has a reputation as a trusted advisor to Directors and Executives during times of transition and growth. His stakeholder management skills have been refined in some of the most demanding environments, including appointments of significance in both the private and public sector.
Oliver has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Exeter and has attended IESE Business School in New York. He has also served on Advisory Boards and was invited to be a Guest Lecturer for the Strategic CIO Programme at The University of Auckland Business School.
As an ex-Great Britain and New Zealand representative yachtsman, Oliver remains passionate about adventure sports and the benefits of getting into the great outdoors.
