Fiyin leads the Legal practice at Norman Broadbent. She has spent over a decade focusing on both the interim and permanent markets assisting Legal professionals with their next career move, and effectively, partnering with clients to support and advise when making key strategic hires.
She read Law at Kings College, London. She then trained and was retained at a Magic Circle law firm; qualifying into and practising in their market-leading Banking team.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Fiyin worked for a specialist consultancy. She is passionate about the role that Legal professionals play in delivering services and transformational change to organisations. The depth and breadth of her knowledge and understanding of sectors, coupled with her extensive network, market and resourcing knowledge enables Fiyin to empathise with the challenges faced by professionals and senior leaders to provide the very best services to clients and candidates alike.
Fiyin is also an Executive Coach and is a Member of the Association for Coaching. She enjoys the opportunity for growth and development that coaching provides.
Outside of work, Fiyin is a keen traveler both internationally and domestically. As well as a keen foodie and is always on the look out for new restaurant openings.
