We can help clients navigate this change from an executive perspective, helping build the most effective team for the future and minimising the risk of failed transformation.

 

Our approach

Working with the executive team, we gain an understanding of the strategic goals and advise on the right combination of leadership skills for the transformed organisation, developing success profiles to fit. Against this backdrop, we assess the existing (and any potential new) leaders to identify the best fit, any likely gaps, and areas for development. We also look in the round to ensure the entire executive group is one that has complementary skills and styles to operate most effectively through, and beyond, the transformation.
