The Industrial practice at Norman Broadbent was delighted to host a business breakfast for leaders in the Transport and Infrastructure sector on the morning of Wednesday 22nd November 2017, in the Sky Garden at the ‘Walkie Talkie’.
As well as the breathtaking views of London’s infrastructure, the morning’s guests were treated to the equally eye-opening views of Richard Threlfall, Global Head of Public Transport, Partner and Head of Infrastructure Building & Construction at KPMG.
With the world on the cusp of a transport technology revolution, every day brings a major story in the press about electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles and the new mobility utopia. Richard shared his views on these areas – and plenty more besides in a comprehensive discussion – and provoked debate on what the future world of transport might look like and what that means for business, policy makers and each of us as individuals.
Richard has over two decades of experience in the Transport and Infrastructure sector throughout his time at Citigroup, the Department of Transport and latterly KPMG, where his particular focus is advising on transactions for public and private clients in the transport and utility sectors.
