David is a Senior Advisor to Norman Broadbent’s Aviation, Travel & Aerospace Practice. He brings more than 30 years of global aviation leadership experience, having held senior operational roles across the UK, Middle East, North America and Asia. His career includes Group COO at Oman Airports, COO at Mumbai International Airport, and most recently SVP of Airport Operations at Hamad International Airport.

Renowned for leading complex, large-scale airport operations, David is highly regarded for his expertise in transformation, ORAT, digital innovation and performance optimisation, always with a strong focus on passenger experience. His blend of strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership makes him a trusted voice across the global aviation sector.

In his role as Senior Advisor, David will work closely with our Aviation, Travel & Aerospace Practice, as well as our wider Industrials division, supporting client relationships, informing Search & Assessment engagements, sharing deep sector insights and acting as an ambassador for Norman Broadbent within the global community.
