Harriet is our Head of Talent Acquisition, working closely with the senior leadership team on future resource planning and developing a diverse and robust talent pipeline across the entire organisation.
Alongside her talent acquisition role, Harriet is the Team Lead for London Research & Insight, supporting to define the objectives, strategies, and responsibilities for the team members, to ensure a first-class delivery of projects and assignments.
Harriet began her executive search career at a boutique generalist firm headquartered in Wales. She more recently worked with VC backed tech scale-ups with an organisational strategy and executive search organisation.
She has a BA in English from Royal Holloway, University of London and enjoys going to the theatre and running outside of work.
