David leads our Chemicals practice. His career spans 19 years in executive search, interim management, talent management (talent mapping, competitor analysis and talent pipelining) and leadership assessment/development.
David’s sector experience includes chemicals, energy, healthcare, infrastructure and transportation, and manufacturing. However, he has had a specialist focus on the chemicals industry since 2014. During this time, David has developed a deep knowledge of the global chemicals sector and has strong relationships across Europe, Asia and North America and has successfully placed leaders in PE-backed, privately owned, and fully listed international organisations.
David has a keen understanding of psychometric testing and the interpretation and analysis of psychometric results. He is a fully trained Saville Wave Behaviour Assessment Practitioner and a Thomas International Practitioner for Personality Profile Analysis.
Away from work, when he is not spending time with the family, you will find him out trail running.
