Emily works across a range of business operations at Norman Broadbent, collaborating with teams across the business to ensure colleagues have the tools, processes and support they need to deliver an excellent service to clients.
Based in our Knutsford office, Emily also leads the team of Business Operations Coordinators, providing guidance and oversight to ensure consistently high levels of support across all functions.
Before joining Norman Broadbent, Emily developed excellent interpersonal skills whilst working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of a luxury health club in Cheshire, and also has a background in legal and insurance, having worked for an international logistics company.
In her heyday, Emily played netball at county level, however these days she prefers to play in a friendly weekend league! She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching true crime documentaries.
