David is a Partner and leads the Commodities practice at Norman Broadbent Plc. Based in Houston, TX, he has 18 years’ experience across executive search, consulting and advisory having previously run both the EMEA and Americas businesses for a leading boutique recruiter in the sector.
David supports clients across front, middle and back office requirements throughout the energy, metals and agriculture & soft supply chains. Spanning the largest public and private established companies through to entities looking to establish new desks/platforms, he has helped launch and grow teams across over 40 countries on 5 continents.
Alongside his professional experience David has a BSc(Hons) in Physics from University College London and is a member of both the TXOGA (Texas Oil & Gas Association) and ATAP (Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals).
Outside of work David enjoys sport (watching more than playing now!) as well as travel, cooking and dining out with his wife.
