James is a Managing Director at Norman Broadbent and leads both the Global Consumer Practice and the Global Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations Practice. With 16+ years of international experience within these sectors James has an impressive executive search track record, making critical appointments from C-Suite to senior leadership level.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent in 2018, James worked for a global executive search firm recruiting for a diverse portfolio of consumer-centric clients ranging from listed organisations, PE-backed firms, and privately owned SMEs. His early career was focussed within the contract search market where he specialised within the consumer and food & beverage markets.
James holds a BSc in Exercise Physiology & Nutrition from The University of Greenwich.
Outside of work he likes to maintain a very active lifestyle that allows him to keep up with his two boys!
