Kayley is an Associate in Society’s Research and Insight team, now part of the Norman Broadbent Group. She excels in candidate attraction strategies and is particularly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Kayley works hard to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey by maintaining open communication, providing timely feedback, and offering personalised guidance throughout the recruitment process; ensuring candidates feel valued and informed at every stage.
She previously worked as a recruitment consultant in the health sector, specialising in placing doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals into a range of NHS services across the UK. Through recruiting across an incredibly broad set of roles and functions - ranging from specialist Respiratory and Diabetes clinics through to surgical services - she has honed an ability to understand complex and unusual client briefs.
Outside of work, she enjoys long countryside walks, exploring new restaurants, going to the cinema, and reading.
