Kerry is a Director in Norman Broadbent’s Life Sciences practice, advising pharmaceutical services, life science tools and technology, biotechnology, and medtech clients across leadership functions. She partners with high-growth and investor-backed organisations, supporting private capital investors and their portfolio companies through scale, transformation, and international expansion.
With more than a decade of experience, Kerry delivers executive search, leadership advisory, and talent strategy solutions, and has led senior mandates globally. She has a particular focus on helping organisations build resilient leadership teams during periods of accelerated growth or strategic change.
Before moving into executive search, Kerry worked in academic research at Imperial College London in infectious disease and immunology. She holds degrees in Biomedicine, and in Prenatal Genetics and Fetal Medicine from University College London.
Outside of work, Kerry keeps busy running around after her young son – an excellent test of stamina and agility.
