Mike leads our Financial Services Practice, delivering assignments across Banking, Insurance, FS and related technology sectors across the UK and internationally. Working mostly with large corporates, tier 2, mutuals, fintech challengers and PE houses, he specialises in helping firms attract, secure and retain senior leadership and specialist transformational talent across key group functions, typically at ExCo to ExCo -2 level.
His corporate career was spent in banking, across digital, technology, operations and retail. Moving into executive recruitment, he has delivered senior technology-enabled roles across multiple sectors and functions, including as MD at a large management consultancy responsible for delivering change and transformation programmes on client sites.
Mike studied Aeronautical Engineering at University.
Outside of work, Mike has several interests which include travel, photography, and aviation.
