Mike is a Partner within our Change and Transformation practice, delivering assignments within the financial services and technology sectors across the UK and internationally. Working across UK and Europe mostly with large corporates, tier 2, fintech challengers and PE houses, he specialises in delivering the best business-led transformational change programmes and practitioners across complex and challenging assignments.
His corporate career was spent in financial services, across digital, technology, operations and retail. Moving into executive recruitment, he has delivered senior technology-enabled roles across multiple sectors and functions, including as MD at a large management consultancy responsible for delivering change and transformation programmes on client sites.
Mike studied Aeronautical Engineering at University.
Outside of work, Mike has several interests which include travel, photography, and aviation.
