Moyra is a Partner in the Global HR Practice at Norman Broadbent, supporting CEO’s and CHRO’s on executive HR recruitment, leadership assessment and interim solutions.
Bringing over twenty-five years’ experience working in HR search and senior HR leadership roles for well-known FMCG and retail brands, Moyra offers expertise of hiring across the full spectrum of HR, including CPO’s, Talent and Development, Employee Experience, OD & Reward.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Moyra worked for a boutique HR search firm for over five years partnering globally with recognised FTSE’s, SME’s and PE backed companies across diverse sectors to help them attract the best HR talent for key leadership positions. Her extensive network reflects the strength of her long-term relationships and her desire to build genuine partnerships.
Moyra holds a BA Hons in Retail Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University. Passionate about leadership and career coaching and since completing the Professional Certificate in Coaching at Henley Business School, Moyra has continued to develop her coaching experience as an executive leadership and career coach focusing on supporting career transitions into a new role or organisation.
Outside of work, Moyra loves to spend time exploring the countryside and coast with her husband and crazy working cocker spaniel Ralph, as well as enjoying time spent with friends over good food, wine, and travel.
