Alex is a Director in Norman Broadbent’s Industrial practice, where he will focus heavily on our aerospace and defence portfolio. He partners with leading firms across the supply chain delivering non-executive and executive leadership positions in the defence and industrial technology markets, both in the UK and internationally.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Alex had some fifteen years of executive search experience, working for a variety of niche search firms as well as spending three years in one the world’s largest executive search and talent advisory corporates. Before executive search, Alex continued the family tradition of military service, as a commissioned officer in the Royal Navy.
Alex has a degree (BA Hons) in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
Outside of work, Alex likes to spend time with his wife and their retired greyhound and he occasionally tries to stay fit with long-distance running. He is working towards his private pilot’s licence and whatever free time is left over, will usually find him buried in a history book.
