Jess is a Principal within our Research & Insight Team, leading the delivery of executive search assignments across a range of sectors and functions. She is also Team Lead, working closely with the R&I team to support best practice, creativity and quality work across the business.
Before joining Norman Broadbent, Jess led the Research team for a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she supported senior executive and non-executive appointments for clients in both the public and private sector, as well as non-profits.
Jess studied Music at King's College, Cambridge and holds an MA in Cultural Administration from Goldsmiths, University of London. She is also a Foundation Member of the CIPD.
Outside of work she keeps up a keen interest in music, and enjoys exploring Scotland with her husband and two young daughters.
