Amisha is the Head of Leadership Advisory at Norman Broadbent. She helps clients develop leaders through coaching, facilitation and assessment.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Amisha was the COO of a Human Capital start-up where she successfully took the business to an acquisition. Before this, Amisha was at Korn Ferry and sat in their Advisory arm as the Global Head of DEI, Talent and L&D.
Amisha is a Trustee for the Peak District Foundation, and a Woman's Ambassador for the Cartier Foundation.
Amisha holds a Bsc in Mathematics from the University of Loughborough as well as a MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.
She has a PGCE in Mathematics from Keele University as well as an Advanced Leadership MSc from the Cambridge University and a Coaching Qualification from Henely Business School.
Outside of work, Amisha enjoys long walks with the dog on a Saturday. She loves to cook and picks a new recipe once a week to make. Amisha is also doing a Sommelier course in France this summer.
