Prior to specialising in interim management, David spent 12 years as a Global Director of Learning & Talent Development within FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations, where he led the design and delivery of global workforce learning strategies. Over the past nine years, he has worked with one of the UK’s top interim providers and launched his own successful interim solutions business. His track record spans multiple industries and functions, always with a focus on delivering high-impact, results-driven outcomes.
David is passionate about connecting the right talent to the right challenge and takes pride in providing world-class interim solutions that drive measurable business success.
Outside of work, David is a proud father of two, an enthusiastic golfer, and a lifelong Liverpool FC and Formula 1 fan.
