Jonathan leads our Global Functional Practice, offering both retained executive search and interim management solutions to clients. He is well-known for delivering multiple assignments within FTSE-listed businesses and fast-growing SME and PE-backed organisations across a broad range of industries. Jonathan’s team place leadership roles both permanent and interim, across the UK and internationally in the following specialist areas: Finance, Human Resources, Technology, procurement & Supply Chain, and Marketing.
Prior to this Jonathan led the Global CFO Practice, and with more than 22 years’ experience with two global recruitment consultancies and an executive search & interim management consultancy, he prides himself on providing a first-class customer experience. His passion is in delivering a personal and valued service to both candidates and clients, and a trusted partnership is at the heart of everything he does.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children – both of whom are capable of putting him to shame on the golf course.
