Kayley is an Associate in Norman Broadbent's Research & Insight team, supporting the delivery of executive search assignments across a range of sectors. She specialises in market mapping, talent identification and candidate engagement, working closely with clients and colleagues to identify talented leaders for senior appointments. Kayley is committed to delivering a positive candidate experience, building strong relationships through clear communication, professionalism and a thoughtful approach throughout every stage of the search process.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Kayley worked as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the healthcare sector, supporting the recruitment of doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals across NHS services throughout the UK. Working across a broad range of clinical specialties, she developed experience managing complex recruitment assignments and a strong appreciation of the importance of matching specialist talent to organisational needs.
Kayley holds a Diploma in Animal Management and has developed her expertise through hands-on experience in both healthcare recruitment and executive search.
Outside of work, Kayley enjoys exploring the countryside on long walks, discovering new restaurants, reading and going to the cinema.
