Kevin is Chief Executive Officer and aside from his broader leadership responsibilities, Kevin leads our Board practice and continues to be very hands on in the delivery of search assignments and advisory projects with a particular passion for executive coaching.
Kevin has over 20 years of international experience in building executive search and leadership advisory businesses. He has lived and worked in Aberdeen, Houston, London, and The Gambia and has also built successful practices in Canada, Australia, Singapore and South Africa.
Kevin holds a MSc in Economic Development and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. He is a qualified executive coach (Meyler Campbell with distinction) and a licensed practitioner of psychometric assessment tools (MBTI and Hogan). Kevin also holds a Diploma in Non-Executive Directorship from the Financial Times. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Operation Eyesight (UK), a charity focussed on the eradication of avoidable blindness across Africa and India. He is also on the Board of Trustees of the Robert Gordon University Foundation.
Outside of work Kevin is run ragged by his four young daughters. He attempts a game of golf from time to time and is a keen squash player.
