She spent 17 years as a consultant at Hay Group and Korn Ferry, working with FTSE 100 firms across sectors to assess and develop leaders, identify talent, develop high performing teams and measure and improve employee engagement and culture. She worked primarily in technology, telecoms, financial services and consumer goods, helping clients develop talent and culture through strategic change, and leading post merger integration of both talent and culture for her clients.

She then moved to become Chief People Officer at one of her clients, Partners Group. Her mandate both as a consultant and later as CPO and member of the firm’s Executive Committee was to help the firm scale the culture that had made it successful while it grew from USD 80b AUM and 1,200 employees, to USD 150b AUM and 2,000 employees. She scaled the firm’s performance management process, made complex compensation structures transparent and consistent, and improved communication at all levels.

She is now a senior colleague for Norman Broadbent leadership, assessment, culture and talent, with a focus on the consumer industry.
