Melody is a Business Psychologist, with over 25 years consulting experience. She is a former Senior Client Partner, and UK DE&I practice lead for a large global consultancy, and has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors and geographies.
She specialises in:
DE&I – Helping global organisations identify and tackle their diversity, equity and inclusion challenges. This includes organisational diagnostics, strategy development, behavioural workshops and development programmes for female leaders. She also regularly speaks at conferences on topics such as building inclusive organisations and empowering under - represented talent. Melody is the author of ‘The Inclusive Team: How to build and develop inclusive high performing teams’
Leadership and Team development – designing and delivering powerful and engaging development programmes for leaders of all levels with a particular focus on developing a purpose - led, thoughtful approach to leadership. Melody is currently writing her second book, this time on the topic of Leadership.
Executive coaching & Assessment – Melody has been an accredited coach for over 20 years, and has supported a broad range of managers at different stages of their career, in both the public and private sectors. She particularly enjoys working at a deeper level with clients, helping them break free from patterns that are preventing them achieving their full potential. To support this, Melody has completed a three - year training in developmental trauma therapy.
