Natalia is a Senior Associate within our Research and Insight Team at Norman Broadbent, supporting the delivery of global executive search assignments across multiple sectors and functions.
Prior to joining the Research and Insight Team, Natalia worked in our Global Industrial practice focussing on developing long lasting strategic relationships with clients to help grow the practice.
Natalia has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search, most recently specialising in the industrial market with a background in Life Sciences and both retail and asset finance.
Outside of work Natalia enjoys baking and cooking for her fiancé and son, as well as reading and watching cooking programs and historical documentaries.
