Natalie is an Associate Director within the Industrials Practice at Norman Broadbent, where she leads the delivery of executive and board-level appointments across the energy sector. With over thirteen years’ experience in retained executive search, she has built a strong track record delivering complex assignments for listed corporates, private equity-backed businesses and founder-led organisations.
In addition to her client-facing role, Natalie recently spent 12 months as Acting Head of Research & Insight, leading Norman Broadbent’s research function. During this period, she oversaw the delivery of projects across all practices and regional hubs, driving consistency, quality and capability across the team while supporting the successful execution of assignments firmwide.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Natalie worked within energy and infrastructure-focused search firms, including six years with a market-leading oil and gas boutique. She has delivered domestic and international mandates across upstream and downstream energy, industrial services and infrastructure. Natalie holds a first-class honours degree in Management with Marketing from Robert Gordon University.
Outside of work she has a young family which keeps her busy, and she enjoys running and hill walking in her spare time.
