He works with clients across rail, ports, maritime, logistics, aviation, infrastructure and transportation technology, supporting them on critical leadership appointments at board, executive and senior management level.
Nick’s clients typically engage him not only to deliver executive search assignments, but also to provide market intelligence, succession planning advice and strategic insight into leadership trends across the transport and infrastructure sectors. He has successfully completed assignments across permanent, interim, advisory and non-executive appointments, working with both publicly listed and privately owned organisations throughout the UK and internationally.
Over his career, Nick has built extensive relationships across the transportation and logistics ecosystem, working closely with operators, infrastructure owners, technology providers, logistics businesses and private equity-backed organisations. His clients value his ability to combine deep sector knowledge with a highly consultative approach, enabling them to make informed hiring decisions in increasingly competitive talent markets.
Prior to moving into executive search, Nick spent 11 years in corporate banking with Barclays and National Australia Bank, where he advised businesses on financing, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies and business planning. This commercial background provides him with a strong understanding of the strategic, operational and financial challenges facing leadership teams, allowing him to act as a trusted advisor to clients beyond the hiring process itself.
