Ray supports consultants across both our sector and functional hubs, enabling them to deliver projects seamlessly for our clients. She is also a key member of our Interim Management practice, where she oversees contracts and compliance, as well as working across the business to support the production of insight, thought leadership and marketing content.
Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Ray held Executive Assistant roles in several entrepreneurial SMEs spanning property, interiors, events, and logistics, and is used to doing what it takes to get the job done – including a brief but memorable stint as a bus conductor!
Ray has an MA in English and Writing from the University of Warwick.
In her spare time she enjoys nothing more than curling up with a book and a cup of coffee.
